Chocolate Fondant

300gr butter

300 gr cocoa chocolate

6 pcs eggs

225 gr sugar

225 gr plain flour


Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain marie.

Remove from the heat and stir well until the mixture is cool.

Using an egg beater, beat eggs and sugar till it become a cream.

Add the flour in the eggs. Add the chocolate and fill individual forms.

Bake in a preheated oven of 220C for 20 minutes.
