What are the Professional Programs?

The Professional Programs are a series of cooking/pastry courses focused on the culinary arts, delivered with the same demanding methodology by experienced and talented chefs. The basic goal of these programs are to provide accelerated knowledge by the outstanding faculty for immediate working rehabilitation!

The Culinary Center of Athens offers short term professional programs focused on vocational education. They are addressed to beginners, career switchers, entrepreneurs and practicing cooks seeking excellence and development in Culinary and Pastry Arts.   Our short term programs (1 - 3 months) are divided into 3 different levels of practical cooking (foundation, intensive, advanced). 

We operate as a  ‘Vocational Centre’ of lifelong education, licensed by the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) of the Greek Ministry of Education (Government Gazette 2677-Β/9-11-2011 and License No. 2100469). 

We believe that success comes through outstanding instruction, personal attention and commitment to excellence that our Chefs demonstrate to each one of you! Our highly educated Chefs will provide the best of training and methodology through hands on practice in small teams of maximum 10 people. 

These cookery programs are the best possible way to enrich your knowledge and to reach a higher level of cooking. At the Culinary Center we will show you the way to excel quickly and methodically! Each class you choose has been selected carefully by our Chefs in order to provide you with all the necessary skills needed in the kitchen, service or bar. 

Practically, what we teach is the essence of the culinary education leading to techniques and to a combination of practical knowledge! Each class is a magical element in the art of cooking, baking or tasting. You just choose the subject that interests you and the group suitable to your schedule. Every class is ‘hands on’ with practice and participation in every topic.
